7. Returns & Refunds

Florida Discount Beverage complies with all Florida alcohol beverage laws. Due to regulations on beer, wine, and spirits, most alcohol sales are final once purchased or delivered.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, or customer ordering errors.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective products
• Incorrect items provided due to store error

To qualify, items must be unopened, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers must report incorrect items within 48 hours of purchase. Return requests must be made within 14 days where applicable.

Non-returnable items include opened beverages, clearance or final sale items, gift cards, special orders, and items damaged after leaving the store (unless due to manufacturing defects).

Approved refunds or exchanges may be issued as:
