About Jameson
You'd be hard-pressed to find a more iconic name in the Irish whiskey world than "Jameson". The Jameson tradition dates all the way back to 1740, when John Jameson was born into a family whose motto, "Sine Metu"("Without Fear"), was earned through the family's courage in fighting pirates on the high seas during the 1500s.John Jameson himself was a living embodiment of Sine Metu, and his ancestors' bravery inspired in John a boldness that led him not only to open his own distillery in the latter 18th century but also to pioneer the technique of triple-distilling whiskey — now the gold standard in the Irish whiskey industry. About Irish Whiskey
Contrary to popular belief that Scots invented whisk(e)y, Irish whiskey was mentioned almost a century before its Scottish brother.
Its origin comes from the perfume distilling monks who decided to tweak the recipe a bit, creating Irish whiskey.

Eighth generation Beam family member Freddie Noe comes from a long line of legendary distillers. In 2017 he achieved his vision of making his own line of whiskey, launching Little Book Whiskey. With over 220 years of tradition on his shoulders, he had some pretty large shoes to fill.Named in honor of the nickname Freddie’s grandfather Booker gave him: Little Book. This annual whiskey series features new, unique blends every year—his first batch of liquid gold was released in 2017 Little Book Chapter 1: The Easy Blended Straight Whiskey. Uncut, unfiltered and always one-of-a-kind, each small batch is a limited release, allowing Freddie innovate and explore the limitless potential of flavor.
Little Book Chapter 3 is the first Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in the Little Book line from Freddie Noe. “The Road Home” references the road that I travel to and from on a regular basis, the same road my grandfather, Booker, traveled back when he used to work here at the distillery,” says Noe.
Little Book Chapter 3 is a blend of four barrel-strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskeys, one from each brand of the original Small Batch Bourbon Collection created by Freddie Noe’s grandfather Booker Noe in the early 1990s. The limited-edition blend consists of a nine-year-old Knob Creek and Basil Hayden’s Bourbons, an 11-year-old Booker’s Bourbon and a 12-year-old Baker’s Bourbon.
“The four liquids that I chose to go into this batch of Little Book are from the original small batch collection that my grandfather, Booker, created,” says Noe. The eighth-generation distiller tinkered with 57 different recipes before landing on the final blend, recipe number 51: a palate loaded with complexity from the vanilla, wood and caramel notes from the Knob Creek and Booker’s Bourbons, balanced by the “spiciness” of Basil Hayden’s. The Baker’s Bourbon imparts a lingering, warm and sweet finish.

About Johnnie Walker
Johnnie Walker, one of the most widely distributed brands of blended Scotch whisky in the world, originated in the Scottish burgh of Kilmarnock in East Ayrshire. The story of the brand starts with John Walker, who started a profitable groceries business with the inheritance from his father. John Walker, himself a teetotaler, found his competitive edge in whiskies he blended himself, offering his customers a consistent product, unlike most other grocers, who usually sold a line of single malts that were never all that consistent. Whisky represented about eight percent of the sales when John’s son Alexander Walker took over the business after his father’s death in 1857, and when the company was passed on to the third generation, this share was already between 90 and 95 percent. The legalization of the blending of grain and malt whiskies by the Spirits Act of 1860 marked the beginning of the modern blended Scotch whisky. Johnnie Walker's first commercial blend, called Old Highland Whisky, was launched in 1867. Alexander Walker also introduced the brand's signature square bottle, and the distinctive slanted label. Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon 2019 Edition
About Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon 2019 Edition
Garrison Brothers Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made from organic corn, wheat and barley. "We get about 30,000 pounds of corn, wheat and barley delivered a month," says Garrison. "The wheat comes from our own fields — we have 65 acres of wheat on the other side of the property."In addition, the corn is harvested from local fields in Texas while the barley is sourced from the Pacific Northwest.
Once the grains arrive at the distillery, they are milled and mashed before being fermented for four days. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled through an antique, copper pot still nicknamed the copper cowgirl. "She was made as an experimental still," says Garrison, "for Wild Turkey Distillery." After the bourbon has been distilled, it is aged in charred, American oak barrels. "The char softens the wood, and allows the bourbon to expand into the wood. When it gets hot — and it gets hot out here in Texas — that bourbon will soak deep into the wood and extract the chemical compounds that are in there."
This 2019 Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon clocks in at a high-octane 137.7 proof. It is drawn from the distillery team’s favorite barrels, which were set aside for a couple of years for further maturation. The liquid is bottled at cask-strength, uncut and unfiltered. Each barrel used in this 2019 release was aged up to five years.
“It takes a special barrel to create a bourbon nectar sweet enough to be enjoyed at such a high proof, the potency normally overpowers the flavor. That ain’t the case with the Cowboy – it’s so sweet, the flavor overpowers its proof. And you can thank the Texas heat for that” (Garrison Brothers Distillery).

John E. Fitzgerald Larceny Barrel Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
About John E. Fitzgerald Larceny Barrel Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
According to legend, John E. Fitzgerald founded a distillery along the banks of the Kentucky River shortly after the Civil War ended. Fitzgerald began distilling bourbon and selling it to passengers aboard the trains and steamships that passed through town. Shortly thereafter, Fitzgerald sold his brand "Old Fitzgerald Bourbon" to Julian P. "Pappy" Van Winkle for $10,000, a small fortune at the time. Pappy moved production of Old Fitz to his distillery, where it became one of the most famous bourbons in the world.But if you ask Sally Van Winkle (Pappy's granddaughter), the story of John E. Fitzgerald and Old Fitz Bourbon is slightly more complicated and certainly more interesting. In 1999, Van Winkle revealed that Fitzgerald was not the man nor the distiller he claimed to be — he was, in fact, a bonded treasury agent. At the time, the Treasury Department was tasked with collecting taxes levied on spirits and as such, bonded treasury agents were the only people legally allowed to carry the keys to barrel storage warehouses.
Fitzgerald did have a discerning palate for fine bourbon and would use his warehouse keys to pilfer the best barrels of bourbon as they aged. The barrels, which became known as "Fitzgerald barrels," and the brand were immortalized when Pappy Van Winkle named Old Fitzgerald bourbon after the treasury agent, and added a "Whisper of Wheat" to his bourbon's recipe. By using wheat rather than rye as the secondary grain in the bourbon's mash bill, Pappy imparted a rounder, softer flavor profile in Old Fitz as compared to other bourbons at the time.
The extremely successful Larceny Kentucky Straight Bourbon was launched in 2012 by Heaven Hill Distillery and pays homage to both John E. Fitzgerald's superb taste and the legacy of the Old Fitzgerald brand. Its big brother — the small batch barrel proof version — will be released thrice per year and bottled at (varying) barrel proof with no chill filtering. True to the tradition of Old Fitz, this wheated bourbon replaces rye with wheat and features a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley. As a result, Larceny Bourbon has a sweeter, softer, and rounder flavor profile compared to bourbons that use rye as their secondary grain. The resulting bourbon has bready notes, honey, vanilla, maple, dark sugar, nuts, and light cinnamon, along with a hint of oak and spice that provides for a subtle edge that finishes with a prolonged warmth. Each batch is planned to have bourbon aged 6 to 8 years.

About Glendalough
Glendalough is an idyllic little town in eastern Ireland. Gaelic for "valley of two lakes," it was said to have been founded by a man named Saint Cóemgen—also known as Saint Kevin. The Glendalough Distillery, Ireland’s first new craft distillery, was set up by five friends from Wicklow and Dublin with a deep passion for reviving the heritage of craft distilling in Ireland.The 18th & 19th centuries there were the glory days of the Irish whiskey industry, with over 200 licensed distilleries in all of Ireland. There were also countless unlicensed distilleries at the time, producing diverse styles of poitín, whiskey, gin and even absinthe. But through a series of unfortunate events, the Irish Whiskey Industry dried to a trickle in the 1970’s.
Glendalough Distillery is part of a revival of this Irish heritage. Their philosophy is "to make innovative spirits while staying true to the tradition and heritage of our ancestors." Glendalough started out making poitín - the traditional Irish distillate made in small pot stills. From there they seamlessly transitioned to whiskey production, and most recently, seasonal, wild botanical gins. All of their production is handmade.

The age of these releases always varies, since they never rush the process and wait to reach the perfect moment for bottling. Jim Beam's grandson Booker Noe couldn't wait to turn 21 ― not so he could start drinking, but rather distilling. Being 6th generation distiller with Beam blood coursing through his veins, as well as growing up in the heart of Kentucky, it was only natural. He worked for years as a Master Distiller, then started bottling his very own bourbon as gifts for family and friends after retiring. In 1988 he released the first batch of his namesake Booker’s Bourbon to the public, coining the phrase "small batch" along the way. Mount Gay Distillery is located in Barbados. The brand dates all the way back to 1703 and is said to be one of the oldest rum houses in the world. The Distillery, initially named Mount Gilboa, was renamed at the turn of the 19th century, adopting distillery manager Sir John Gay Alleyne’s namesake.Today the distillery produces high-quality rum using the best ingredients, which includes coral-filtered water, a combination of naturally-occurring yeast and their proprietary strain. Lucky Seven Spirits was founded by best friends Michael Lahalin and John Pals. Both bourbon fans and cinema aficionados, the pair settled on the moniker Lucky 7, named after the legendary Stage 7 of the Warner Brothers lot, where countless classics such as Casablanca were filmed. Since the giant stage got a reputation for producing so many hits, it got the nickname "Lucky Stage 7."The pair sources and blends rare bourbons, only using the finest juice they can find and releasing them as limited editions: 12 YO "The Hold Up," 6 YO "The Jokester," and 12 YO Single Barrel "The Proprietor." They have won several medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, among others. As befits the Hollywood and movie history that permeates Lucky Seven, they have also created a series of short films that accompany each expression. The luxurious decanter bottles include several nods to Old Hollywood, as well as real 22-karat gold.
Lucky Seven "The Proprietor" 12 YO Single Barrel Bourbon isn't a blend at all. This series consists of exceptional barrels that Lahalin and Pals deem too great to blend and instead get the single-barrel release treatment. 3 barrels have since been released: The smooth #5 has dried stone fruit notes, t he #7 has fruity oak, sweet dried fruit, and vanilla, and barrel #9 has brown sugar, molasses, and cantaloupe.

About Sullivans Cove American Oak Single Cask
Sullivans Cove Single Malt Tasmanian Whisky is made from barley grown exclusively on the island of Tasmania. "The island's deep red basalt soil, pure water and mild temperatures result in a barley that is perfect for distillation," says Patrick Maguire, the distillery's founder and master distiller (his ancestors were convicts that were imprisoned on the island). In addition, the island has one of the oldest and strictest quarantine programs in the world, ensuring that the barley remains untainted.Once the barley has been harvested, it is malted at the Cascade Brewery by Roger Ibbott, who has over four decades of experience malting barley. The malted barley is then mashed and fermented at Sullivans Cove Distillery using a unique strain of yeast developed specifically for the production of Sullivans Cove Whisky. Then, the wash is distilled twice through a handmade copper-pot still. "The real trick is to cut the run short, so that only the sweetest, best flavors and purest alcohol from the heart of the run is captured", says Macguire. "It's not the most sensible approach by an accountant's standards, but then it's a good thing that we are not accountants!"
Their American Oak Single Cask is master distiller Patrick Maguire's favorite expression and the one in their lineup to have garnered the most accolades over the years. The first Australian whisky to achieve a Liquid Gold Award in Jim Murray's Whisky Bible, this spirit spends around 13 years in ex-bourbon casks (it's done when it's done!), before being bottled at 95 proof. It's a great showcase of the style of the distillery with its rich and creamy profile that has plenty of vanilla, caramel, and fruit notes.

In 1804, at the order of the Governor King of the British settlement of New South Wales, Lt. John Bowen transported some of the most heinous British criminals to Sul livans Cove, which eventually developed into the city of Hobart. Hobart was the perfect penal colony — the area's dense forests required a huge labor force in order to establish a settlement, and its isolation and inaccessibility ensured there was no escape. Situated on the Kentucky River in Frankfort, Kentucky, Buffalo Trace Distillery takes its name from an ancient pathway that migrating buffalo used when traveling westward. The trail was well-known among Native Americans and was eventually used by pioneering settlers who crossed the Ohio River and followed the buffalo trace to the Western frontier.Buffalo Trace Distillery is the oldest continually operating distillery in the United States and includes the rich legacies of master distillers such as E.H. Taylor, Jr, George T. Stagg, Albert B. Blanton, Orville Schupp, and Elmer T. Lee. Today, the distillery is still family-owned, operating on the same 130 acres of land adjacent to the Kentucky River as it has for over 200 years. Buffalo Trace has produced a wide array of bourbons and whiskeys, featuring several collections from the Antique and O.F.C. Vintages, to Van Winkle and E.H. Taylor. Their Stagg Jr. releases are limited edition barrel proof bourbons, much like the George T. Stagg version included in the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection.
The distillery released their first Stagg Jr. in August of 2013 and they have produced about two batches every year. Each batch of Stagg is blended from bourbons aged approximately 8 or 9 years, and released at a high and unique barrel proof. The proof numbers are used to identify specific batches. These releases have received plenty of praise over the years and are beloved b y many bourbon enthusiasts. Batch 13 of the Stagg Jr. was released in 2020 and it retains the intensity and complexity of the previous releases. It has spent 8 years in new charred American oak barrels. Uncut and unfiltered, it's bottled at 128.4 proof, making it a "Jr." in name only.

Goslings Papa Seal Rum is their ultra-premium single barrel expression. It's a combination of 14 and 18 year old pot and column-distilled rums that were aged separately, blended together, and then married in American white oak for an additional 2 years in once-used medium-char bourbon barrels, the humid Bermuda air working its magic all the while. Only 12 barrels of this mellow and elegant rum were produced, yielding a total of 2592 bottles. Each cask was carefully hand-picked, every bottle meticulously bottled and labeled by hand.The luxurious expression has garnered numerous awards, including a 2019 Rum of The Year by the Caribbean Journal and 92 points by Tasting Panel. "Our obsession has always been on crafting the finest rums possible, not the most rums. With that mantra in mind, we proudly created Papa Seal, ‘The Father of all Rums’. My only regret is that we are forced to limit the number of people who can experience it," said Malcolm Gosling, president and CEO, at the launch of the rum. Named after the father of the Goslings family of rum-makers, Malcom Gosling, known among family and friends as "Papa Seal", this expression is one of the few single barrel rums available on the market today.

About Goslings
The story of Goslings Rum is a serendipitous one, dating as far back as 1806, when James Gosling ventured out to sea at the request of his father. Gosling was heading towards Virginia, equipped with wines and spirits worth 10,000 pounds Sterling. 91 days into the trip the charter on the ship Mercury ran out, forcing Gosling to settle in Bermuda. Eventually he decided to open a wine and spirits shop on the island, the rest is history.Upon his return to England in 1824 James Gosling opened a shop with his brother Ambrose, which has been in the Gosling family ever since. Their first rum, the Black Seal, was produced nearly half a century later in 1863. Produced in Bermuda, the Black Seal is synonymous with the island. Today, the family business is in the 7th generation of Goslings, who continue to lead company, as the largest exporter of any Bermuda made product. Goslings is also the only company that blends and bottles on the island.
Over a century and a half later, the family’s patriarch Malcolm Gosling made the decision to reveal the secrets of their family’s successful Caribbean elixir. Goslings Family Reserve Rum is crafted from the same blend of ingredients as their flagship Black Seal Rum. The differentiating factor is the increased amount of time the rum spends inside of the ex-bourbon oak barrels, giving it more complexity and overall depth.
