Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
About Blanton's Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Blanton’s spirits have a history befitting a good bourbon. It all started with Colonel Blanton, who was the president of the Blanton’s distillery until 1952. Then one lad named Elmer T. Lee started working as a clerk and became a Master Distiller. Right before his retirement in 1985, Elmer reflected on the start of his career when working under Albert Blanton. He remembered that Blanton entertained elite guests by cherry-picking ‘honey barrels’ from the central part of Warehouse H, where they decided to bottle bourbon one cask at a time. Mr. T. Lee committed to naming his new bourbon ‘Blanton’s Single Barrel’ in honor of Blanton’s ancient tradition. And along came Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey—a bit of a dark horse. It represents a limited collection of exquisitely selected barrels, including a custom-made label and a special gift box that pays homage to the wood charring process. It made its first guest appearance in Greece in 2022. Allegedly, only four barrels were created. This impressive expression clocks in at 46.5% ABV and features cereal grape and single barrel aromas, followed by wood char and citrusy flavors, rounding off with a spicy cinnamon finish. If you want to treat your taste buds with something super selective, here’s your chance.Grab a bottle of Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey today!
About Blanton's
In the winter of 1881, Albert Bacon Blanton was born on a farm situated just outside of Frankfort, Kentucky. At the age of 16, Blanton began working at the Old Fire Copper Distillery (often abbreviated O.F.C. Distillery) as an office boy. Over the next few yea rs, Blanton reportedly worked in every department at the distillery. By the age of 20, he was appointed the superintendent of O.F.C, and worked there until his retirement in 1952.Much like his mentor, E.H. Taylor, Blanton was a traditional bourbon aristocrat, wedded to the production of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Blanton identified a certain section of Warehouse H at his distillery, which he believed was the best for aging bourbon, and would personally select individual barrels from the section to bottle for his own private reserve.
About Bourbon

Compass Box Magic Cask Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
About Compass Box Magic Cask Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
Stewarded by John Glaser, Compass Box Whisky Company has been pushing the boundaries of blended whisky since its inception in 2000. "Like a winemaker blending grape varieties, we can create layers of complexity by blending whisky," says Glaser, who was named "Innovator of the Year" four times by Whisky Magazine and "Pioneer of the Year" twice by Malt Advocate. Compass Box Magic Cask started with an experimental maturation in 2016, when they re-racked a robust one-year-old malt spirit into first-fill oloroso sherry-seasoned butts sourced from Bodega José y Miguel Martín (J&MM). After 3 years, a particular cask (#2) stood out from the rest. By that time, they had been sitting on a parcel of first-fill bourbon casks of single malt from the now-defunct Imperial Distillery for quite some time. When the younger malt from the oloroso-seasoned casks was blended with this whisky, magic happened. The final blend consists of 92% single malt from The Imperial Distillery and 8% sherry-seasoned malt from a distillery near the town of Aberlour. Bottled at 92 proof, it's a fruity, oaky, and rich whisky that was bottled without chill-filtration or added color.Get one of only 5,538 bottles of this unique blended Scotch today!
About Compass Box
Since its inception in 2000, Compass Box Whisky Company has been stewarded by John Glaser, one of the most progressive and innovative whisky blenders of his generation. "Like a winemaker blending grape varieties, we can create layers of complexity by blending whisky," says Glaser, who was named "Innovator of the Year" four times by "Whisky Magazine" and "Pioneer of the Year" twice by "Malt Advocate". While Glaser initially began his career in the industry as a marketing agent, he quickly realized that by blending quality whiskies, he was able to create a product that was greater than the sum of its rare parts.Compass Box Hedonism is a unique blend of grain Scotch whisky. Nearly a century ago, grain whiskies were common across Europe, but were overtaken in terms of popularit y when the larger distilleries in Scotland began focusing on single malt whisky. "When good Scotch grain whisky is aged in good quality American oak casks, the results can be stunning," says Glaser.

About Springbank
Nearly two centuries ago, the town of Campbeltown, located on a narrow peninsula in southwest Scotland, was considered the whiskey capital of the world. Passengers arriving by sea at Campbeltown Loch, nestled between Macringan's Point and the rocky island of Davaar, were greeted with the sails and masts of the herring fishing fleet and the smoking chimneys of nearly thirty different distilleries that called Campbeltown home. Two hundred years later, Campbeltown Loch is considerably quieter and only three chimneys continue to billow smoke — each acting as a beacon for an industry that, at one point, dominated the peninsula. In 1828, Springbank Distillery was founded on the site of Archibald Mitchell's illicit still in Campbeltown (today, Mitchell's great-great-great-grandson owns the distillery). Within ten years, its whiskey was so well-regarded that a blender by the name of Johnnie Walker purchased 118 gallons of whisky from Springbank at 43 pence a gallon.
By the turn of the century — as worldwide demand for Scotch whisky seemed insatiable — distilleries throughout Scotland began cutting corners and outsourcing parts of the distillation process. Springbank Distillery, however, remained true to its Scottish heritage. Today, it remains one of only two distilleries in Scotland to perform every step of the whiskey making process — from malting barley to bottling whisky — on the same premises.
After malting and lightly peating the barley (using locally cut peat), Springbank Distillery mills and mashes it in cast-iron mash tuns that are nearly a century old. The pure spring water used during the mashing process is sourced from Crosshill Loch, which in turn is fed by springs seeping from the nor thern slopes of 1100-foot tall Beinn Ghuilean. After mashing the grains, the wash is slowly fermented over the course of 70 hours — one of the longest fermentation processes in Scotland — before being distilled 2.5 times (because some of the wash is distilled twice and some is distilled three times, Springbank Whisky is said to be distilled 2.5 times).

About Cognac
Cognac is a type of brandy produced in the Cognac region of France.
Because the French take it very seriously, there are numerous rules cognac makers have to follow not to fall “short” into the brandy category.
The white wine from the specific grapes (Ugni blanc) has to be doubly distilled in a copper pot still before being aged for at least two years in oak casks from which the wood can only come from two specific forests in France (Limousin or Tronçais).
Depending on the age, there are three types of cognac, the youngest V.S. (Very Special), V.S.O.P. (Very Superior Old Pale), and the X.O. (Extra Old)

Bunnahabhain 11 Year Old 2008 Manzanilla Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky
About Bunnahabhain 11 Year Old 2008 Manzanilla Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bunnahabhain is one of the two Islay distilleries that produce mostly unpeated whisky with a unique nutty and spicy taste profile. The 11 Year Old 2008 Manzanilla Cask is similar in this regard, but manages to put a unique twist on their signature style. The limited-edition unpeated single malt Scotch was fully matured in Manzanilla sherry casks. Having spent 11 years in these casks in Bunnahabhain's fabled warehouse #9 since its distillation in 2008, the resulting whisky is unique, with the casks enhancing the nutty and savory notes of the spirit. 2008 Manzanilla was bottled unfiltered in 2020 with no added coloring. Less than 10,000 bottles of this cask-strength single malt were released.Get your bottle of this unique unpeated Islay single malt today!
About Bunnahabhain
In Gaelic, Bunnahabhain stands for ‘mouth of the river’. Situated at the mouth of the Margadale Spring on the shore of the Sound of Islay, nested between the remote islands of Islay and Jura, Bunnahabhain was founded in 1883. Still today, sea trade and a daring spirit – at the beginning, the distillery received supplies by boat as there was no main road and building the distillery in such a remote area mustn’t have been an easy feat, either – are still at the heart of the Single Malts production, even though the last puffer boats docked in 1993 as a new main road was built in the 1960s.Today, Bunnahabhain whiskies are once again non-chill filtered and have a natural color at 46.3% ABV to honor the way whisky was made on-site at the very beginning. In 2014, Bunnahabhain was purchased by Burn Stewart that later merged with Distell. This brought more investment and extended the portfolio range of beloved single malts to much delight from fans and critics alike.

About Hibiki
In February 1899, Shinjiro Torii opened a store in Osaka, Japan, that traded in imported wines. Within a decade, Torii began producing his own sweet grape wine called Akadama Port Wine, which became wildly popular throughout the country. In 1923, Torri — fascinated by whisky his entire life — decided to expand his business and began constructing the Yamazaki Distillery, Japan's first-ever whisky distillery.Although inspired by traditional Scottish distilleries, Torii envisioned a uniquely Japanese approach to whisky and chose a location for his distillery that offered a climate and terrain utterly different from those of Scotland. Nestled on the periphery of Kyoto, Yamazaki Distillery is situated at the confluence of three rivers — the Katsura, Uji, and Kizu — that provide the warm, damp environment ideal for the production and maturation of whisky.
Fifty years after the construction of Yamazaki Distillery, Keizo Saji inherited his father's vision and constructed Suntory's second distillery. Situated amidst the deep forests of Mount Kaikomagatake in Japan's southern Alps, the Hakushu Distillery enjoys a unique microclimate as a result of being surrounded by nearly 6,000 varieties of plants and thousand-year-old granite rocks.
About Japanese Whisky
Although maybe not be the first Spirit you would think of when Japan is mentioned; the Japanese make one of the best types of whisky in the world. It’s heavily influenced by scotch but with smoother and delicate notes.
The history of the Japanese whisky is not even a century old, but in this short time, the Japanese blended and single malts have taken over the world by storm and can easily go against their whisk(e)y counterparts from across the globe.

Bowmore 23 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (A.D. Rattray Bottling)
Bowmore 23 Year Old Port Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky
About Bowmore 23 Year Old Port Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated along the shores of Long Indaal, Bowmore Distillery was founded in 1779 by John Simpson. The distillery is the oldest distillery on the island of Islay and the second oldest in Scotland. Its unique location — Long Indaal suffers from steady gusts of wind and strong eddies that make its waters especially hazardous — plays an integral part in defining the lush, rich character of the single malt whisky it produces.Bowmore Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from barley that has been expertly cultivated in the rolling hills of Scotland. Once the barley has been harvested, it is malted and peated at the distillery — Bowmore remains one of the few Scottish distilleries that continues to hand-turn, malt, and peat its own barley. Unlike some other distilleries on Islay, however, the drying process is much shorter at Bowmore — only 15 hours — and utilizes only half as much peat, resulting in a whisky with a robust yet still mild smoky flavor.
After the barley has been malted and peated, it is mashed and fermented with pure water drawn from Laggan River. The water has spent two millennia percolating in the ancient rock formations and peatbogs of Islay, giving Bowmore Whiskey its distinctive, chewy body and subtle mouthfeel. Then, the fermented barley is twice distilled through Bowmore's copper-pot stills before being left to mature in the distillery's seaside, underground maturation vaults.
Following distillation, Bowmore 23 Year Old Port Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky was matured for 23 years exclusively in port casks and then bottled in 2013 without the use of chill-filtration. This is "truly an exceptional Bowmore," says Brand Ambassador Gordon Dundas . "Full maturation in the finest port casks is rare but gives this bottling an amazing depth and flavour developed over 23 years while importantly still retaining all of the character of Bowmore." The whisky has a deep ruby red color, along with an aroma of plums, black cherries, wood smoke and sea salt. The aroma gives way to notes of autumn fruits, winter spices and truffles on the palate, and leads to a finish accented by notes of berries, blood oranges, and red fruits.
Fewer than 12,000 bottles of this single malt have ever been produced. Pick one up today!

Benromach 25 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
About Benromach 25 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Benromach 25 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky was crafted by the previous owners of the distillery. The whisky was made exclusively from malted barley, which was milled and mashed before being fermented in the distillery's wooden washbacks (the washbacks, which are the same washbacks Gordon & MacPhail continue to use, are made of European Larch). While wooden washbacks are more expensive and difficult to maintain as compared to stainless steel washbacks, they absorb a portion of the heat generated during fermentation, and thus allow for a more elegant and refined whisky. Following fermentation, the whisky was aged for a quarter century in refill American hogshead casks. As a result of its 25-year beautyrest, the whisky has an aroma of butterscotch and fruit (particularly pears, mango and papaya). The aroma gives way to notes of orange marmalade, fruit compote and honeyed oak on the palate, with hints of toffee and simmering spices on the finish. Benromach 25 Year Old earned a score of 92 points from Whisky Intelligence. Pick up a bottle today!About Benromach
Situated on the outskirts of the ancient Royal Borough of Forres, Benromach Distillery was founded in 1898 by Duncan McCallum, a former distiller at the Glen Nevis Distillery in Campbeltown, and FW Brickman, a former spirits broker from Edinburgh. After just two short years of operation, McCallum and Brickman were forced to close the doors to Benromach Distillery and since then, the distillery has changed hands a number of times. In 1993, malt whisky specialists Gordon & MacPhail acquired the distillery and began refurbishing it. About Chichibu The First Japanese Single Malt Whisky
For nearly three centuries, Ichiro Akuto's family brewed sake along the banks of the Tone River in central Japan. Following the end of World War II, his family received a distiller's license and purchased two second-hand stills from a Scottish distillery. By the turn of the century, however, his father had made the difficult decision to dismantle the stills and sell the 400 casks of remaining whisky that were still maturing in the distillery's rickhouses. Fueled by a belief in the potential for Japanese single malts, Ichiro purchased the casks from his father. In addition, Ichiro began studying distillation techniques at Benriach and Springbank Distillery, before returning to Japan and constructing a state-of-the-art distillery in Chichibu.Chichibu The First is the first official release of whisky from the Chichibu Distillery. The whisky was made by marrying together eight casks of maturing whisky, seven of which were crafted from American oak and previously used to mature bourbon and one crafted from Japanese Mizunara oak. Following a three-year maturation period, the whisky was bottled at cask strength. Chichibu The First Japanese Single Malt Whisky has an aroma of sandalwood, herbs and citrus, which gives way to notes of barley, woody spices and whipped cream on the palate. The finish is elegant and smooth, with touches of citrus, vanilla, caramel and plum. The whisky was named the Japanese Whisky of the Year by Whisky Advocate. Jack Daniel’s Rested Straight Rye Whiskey
About Jack Daniel's Rested Straight Rye Whiskey
Jack Daniel Distillery Rested Tennessee Rye Whiskey is crafted from a batch of 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley (this mashbill is the first new mashbill used at the Jack Daniel Distillery Distillery in over a century). Once the ingredients have been mashed, they are fermented with a proprietary strain of yeast and iron-free cave spring water. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled and the resulting whiskey is then filtered through 10 feet of charcoal. This filtering process, known as the Lincoln County Process, earns the whiskey the title of "Tennessee Whiskey"and imparts a signature, sweet yet smoky flavor profile.Once the whiskey has been charcoal filtered, it is matured for two years in American oak casks. "We felt like we should offer our friends another limited-quantity rye expression that's still handcrafted with the same passion and quality they expect from all of our products," says Jeff Arnett, the master distiller at Jack Daniel Distillery Distillery. "And we hope they'll remember that, as good as this new offering is "“ it's still just a taste of what's to come."
Jack Daniel Distillery Rested Tennessee Rye Whiskey has an aroma of caramel, vanilla, nougat and spicy oak that gives way to bold notes of cherries, citrus and rye on the palate. The finish is dark and inviting, with touches of honey, wood, clove and black pepper.

About Jack Daniel's
Born on September 5, 1850, Jasper Newton “Jack” Daniel was the youngest of ten children. His parents were of Scottish and Irish descent. In 1864, Jack learned the art of whiskey-making from a preacher and an enslaved man named Nathan “Nearest” Green, who eventually became Jack Daniel Distillery’s head distiller. Daniel’s distillery —founded in Lynchburg, Tennessee, in 1866— was the first registered distillery in the country (at the time, distilleries were required to register with the federal government, and the Jack Daniel Distillery was given Registered Distillery Number 1). Today, Jack Daniel Distillery is one of the most distinguished and recognizable names in the spirits industry.About Rye

Lock Stock & Barrel Limited Release 13 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey
About Lock Stock & Barrel Limited Release 13 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey
The origins of rye whiskey in the United States date back to colonial America, when early European settlers brought with them the tradition of distilling excess grains from their farms into whiskey. For over a century, the production of rye whiskey centered around Pennsylvania and Maryland, where large numbers of Scottish and Irish immigrants had settled. The popularity of rye whiskey grew steadily among the colonists, and when the British blockade of American ports during the American Revolutionary War prevented the importation of rum, rye whiskey became America's drink of choice.Inspired by America's rich rye heritage, Robert Cooper crafted Lock Stock & Barrel Limited Release 13 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey. Cooper is a third-generation distiller — his grandfather, Maurice, founded Cooper Brewery in the early 20th century and his father, Sky, worked at a distillery known as Charles Jacquin et Cie.
Lock Stock & Barrel Limited Release 13 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey is crafted in Pennsylvania — the birthplace of rye whiskey — from 100% rye grains. The rye is grown in the Pacific Northwest, where only grains that exhibit the perfect combination of weight, plumpness and rich, earthy fragrance are harvested. After the grains have been milled and mashed, they are fermented before being distilled through a double copper-pot still. Following distillation, the rye is aged in new, charred American oak casks for 13 years before being bottled at nearly barrel proof (101.3 proof).
As a result of its extra-long maturation, the rye has an aroma of salted caramel, buttered popcorn and toffee. The aroma gives way to complex notes of sweet vanilla, milk chocolate, roasted co ffee and honeyed oak, which are nicely balanced with a subtle spicy undertone, and lead a sweet, elegant finish.
Lock Stock and Barrel Rye Whiskey is a "Whiskeyman's Whiskey." It earned the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2014, and a score of 94 points from the Ultimate Beverage Challenge. Pick up a bottle today!

About Knob Creek
Following the end of the American Revolutionary War, Johannes Reginald Beam emigrated from Germany to the United States and eventually settled in Kentucky County. At the time, Kentucky County was still considered part of Virginia, and was overseen by a military governor named John J. Bowman. After settling in Kentucky, Beam began harvesting corn and set forth a family tradition by distilling the excess grains he harvested into whiskey. Since then, seven generations of the Beam family have been involved in whiskey production for the eponymous company (the company is actually named after James Beam, who rescued it following Prohibition).Knob Creek Bourbon was created by Beam’s grandson, Booker Noe, who after joining the family business in 1950 was promoted to Master Distiller just ten years later. Booker talked like a true Kentuckian and was known for his contagious personality, and through his launch of the "Small Batch Bourbon Collection" — the collection includes Knob Creek as well as Basil Hayden’s, Booker’s, and Baker’s bourbons — he is often credited a s the father of the small-batch bourbon movement.
Knob Creek Bourbon takes its name from the small water source, Knob Creek, that ran through President Abraham Lincoln’s childhood farm. Booker’s vision for Knob Creek Bourbon was that of an honest, quality bourbon that could meet the standards — strength, flavor, care, and patience — of bourbon made before prohibition distressed the industry just decades earlier. Like Abraham Lincoln himself, Booker designed Knob Creek Bourbon to be honest, unwavering, and full of character.

Bruichladdich Black Art 06.1
About Bruichladdich Black Art 06.1
Bruichladdich is an award-winning distillery employing generations of distilling knowledge and the principle of minimal intervention. Built in 1881 on the wild Scottish island of Islay, Bruichladdich distillery still uses the original Victorian equipment to create a range of single malt whiskies that are trickle distilled, matured and bottled solely on Islay by a skilled team of 78 men and women.Bruichladdich implements revolutionary, modern interpretations of time-honored ideas and challenges the comfortable conventions of a whisky establishment. Rejecting the onset of modern automation and homogenization, Bruichladdich's Head Distiller, Adam Hannett, only considers production methods that place the quality of liquid above everything else.
This highly anticipated 6th release of the mystic single malt is just as enigmatic as the last. This Bruichladdich Black Art 6.1 26-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a cryptic composition of casks. The unpeated single malt has undergone a parallel journey with Bruichladdich's head distiller, Adam. Having worked closely with these casks in his early days in the warehouses, under the guidance of then Master Distiller Jim McEwan, Adam has had the honor of learning and developing alongside this spirit.
The substantial task of hand-selecting and blending the very best spirit of Bruichladdich now falls to him alone. There are some specifics that have been revealed to the public and we can share with you. For example, the 6th release of Black Art was distilled in 1990, aged for 26 years, was never chill filtered in the process, is free of artificial color additives and bottled at cask strength, 46.9% ABV. On the other hand, there are some details, Adam is keeping a secret. Cask type? Only Adam knows. In other words... It is for you to find out!
What we can tell you is that you can expect incredibly deep and complex rich notes of dark chocolate, fruits, figs, raisins and ginger.
