About Widow Jane
When the Widow Jane team set out to produce their own whiskey they wanted to offer something that was flavor-forward, bold, and rich with character, but most importantly had a taste of New York. All Widow Jane whiskeys are proofed with pure limestone water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of NY, just 100 miles north of their home in Red Hook, Brooklyn. It was limestone from this mine that was used to build the foundation of some of New York’s greatest structures: the gargantuan caissons of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Empire State Building, and the 27,000-ton pedestal to the Statue of Liberty. This self-renewing source of water is naturally filtered through limestone and collects in the massive underground caverns. Comprised of an unusually high mineral content that enhances the natural flavors in Widow Jane spirits, this water is their fingerprint and a signature ingredient. And the legend surrounding these mines is what gives Widow Jane whiskey its name. The result is some of the finest aged Bourbon you will find, and a tasting experience complete with beautiful aromas, a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, and an ultra-long finish. Both urban & urbane, Widow Jane is New York’s very own. The signature whiskey of the world’s most magnificent and maddening metropolis.
About Bourbon

It must be made with at least 51% corn and bottled at 40% ABV or higher. So why not give this American classic a try?

Wild Turkey Master’s Keep 17 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
About Wild Turkey Master's Keep 17 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Wild Turkey Master’s Keep 17 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the oldest whiskey ever released by Wild Turkey, and the first to be released since Eddie Russell joined his father as Master Distiller earlier in 2015. Distilled in 1997, when Wild Turkey encountered a surplus of bourbon and shortage of space, Eddie decided to move the bourbon that would become Master’s Keep to a stone warehouse 200 miles away. After 17 years, Eddie believed the barrels had reached their peak flavor, and transported them back to Wild Turkey’s wooden warehouses before bottling them. Interestingly, the bourbon had fallen to 86.8 proof, the cask strength at which it was then bottled.“Master’s Keep is the result of a lot of experimentation, patience and faith,” says Eddie Russell.
As a result of this unique aging process, Wild Turkey Master’s Keep 17 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a beautiful auburn color and aroma of caramel, vanilla, peaches, apricots and burnt sugar. The palate reveals big flavors of butterscotch, baking spices, blueberry pancakes and fresh maple, and leads to a refined finish marked by superb notes of citrus and toasted oak.
This tremendous bourbon won’t last long — be sure to pick up a bottle today!
About Wild Turkey
Following the end of the American Civil War, the Ripy Brothers returned to their native state of Kentucky and, together, opened a distillery on the slopes of a hill in Lawrenceburg. The distillery operated continuously for nearly fifty years until the 18th Amendment, which prohibited the sale of alcohol in the United States, was ratified. Following the end of Prohibition, the Ripy Brothers Distillery was reopened, and a distillery executive named Thomas McCarthy took samples of maturing whiskey from the distillery on a turkey hunt with a group of friends. The follow ing year, his friends asked him to bring "some of that wild turkey whiskey" on their next hunt, giving birth to the distillery's new name.Today, Wild Turkey Distillery is stewarded by Master Distiller Jimmy Russell and his son Eddie Russell (together, the pair have over 90 years of experience producing bourbon). "I was born and raised in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky," says Jimmy, "which was a small community when I was growing up, but there were four bourbon distilleries here, and you had families working all the distilleries. You wanted to get in the business. My grandfather and my father, me, and now my son, we've all been in the business."

The Singleton of Dufftown 54 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
About The Singleton of Dufftown 54 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Glendullan is situated in Dufftown, the Whisky capital of the world. As one of the busiest Whisky epicenters, it is home to some of the greatest Scotch Whiskies ever created. Founded in 1898, by William Williams & Sons from Aberdeen, the distillery was actually decreed by King Edward VII in 1902. Like most distilleries, Glendullan has a history of ownership changes and renovations. In 1926, the distillery was bought out by Distillers Company Limited, then switched hands to Scottish Malt Distillers in 1939. By 1962 the distillery was renovated, and only a decade later a new facility was constructed near the original site. In 1985 the original facility was mothballed.“Glendullan 2” is also a workhorse, putting out 4 million liters of spirit per year, producing several labels. The distillery itself has official bottlings and has been producing the Singleton brand since 2007. A bioplant, which processes the spent lees, was also opened on-site in 2014. The distillery has 3 wash stills with an impressive capacity of 33,700 liters, and 3 spirit stills with 23,800 liters of capacity. They source their unpeated maltings from Diageo's industrial site, and the mashing takes place in a 12-ton mash tun.
The Singleton Paragon of Time series features their oldest and rarest whiskies. This expression is the oldest release from The Singleton to date, having been crafted more than half a century ago in Dufftown, each process taking its time, the barley malted and turned by hand. The oak butt cask was hand-filled on October 31st, 1966. It was finally matured in a Pedro Ximenez sherry-seasoned cask for an additional sprinkling of richness. Finally, the whisky was bottled at 88.2 proof.

About The Singleton
Situated in the Speyside region of Scotland, the Dufftown Distillery was founded in 1895 by four wine merchants who, together, purchased a stone built saw and meal mill and converted into a distillery. Located near the confluence of the Rivers Dullan and Fiddich, the distillery draws its water from Jock's Well, which is renowned for its incredibly pure and flavorful spring water (on more than one occasion, nearby distilleries — particularly Mortlach — have been caught attempting to divert water from the well to their own distillery).Singleton of Dufftown Single Malt Scotch Whisky is crafted exclusively from malted barley, which is milled and mashed before being fermented in the distillery's wooden washbacks. Following fermentation, the whisky is distilled twice: first through a copper pot wash still and then again through a copper pot spirit still.
About Scotch
Scotch is the most popular whisky in the world and is considered the king of them all! There are five whisky regions in Scotland (six if you count the not officially recognized Islands), and each of them produces spirits with unique properties and distinct tasting notes. (The type of grain used determents the type of the scotch.)
Malt whisky is made of malted barley, and grain whisky uses other grains like corn or wheat. Most of the time, a whisky is blended from different distilleries hence the name blended scotch, but if a malt whisky is produced in a single distillery, we get something extraordinary called a single malt.

Bowmore 23 Year Old Port Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky
About Bowmore 23 Year Old Port Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Situated along the shores of Long Indaal, Bowmore Distillery was founded in 1779 by John Simpson. The distillery is the oldest distillery on the island of Islay and the second oldest in Scotland. Its unique location — Long Indaal suffers from steady gusts of wind and strong eddies that make its waters especially hazardous — plays an integral part in defining the lush, rich character of the single malt whisky it produces.Bowmore Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from barley that has been expertly cultivated in the rolling hills of Scotland. Once the barley has been harvested, it is malted and peated at the distillery — Bowmore remains one of the few Scottish distilleries that continues to hand-turn, malt, and peat its own barley. Unlike some other distilleries on Islay, however, the drying process is much shorter at Bowmore — only 15 hours — and utilizes only half as much peat, resulting in a whisky with a robust yet still mild smoky flavor.
After the barley has been malted and peated, it is mashed and fermented with pure water drawn from Laggan River. The water has spent two millennia percolating in the ancient rock formations and peatbogs of Islay, giving Bowmore Whiskey its distinctive, chewy body and subtle mouthfeel. Then, the fermented barley is twice distilled through Bowmore's copper-pot stills before being left to mature in the distillery's seaside, underground maturation vaults.
Following distillation, Bowmore 23 Year Old Port Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky was matured for 23 years exclusively in port casks and then bottled in 2013 without the use of chill-filtration. This is "truly an exceptional Bowmore," says Brand Ambassador Gordon Dundas . "Full maturation in the finest port casks is rare but gives this bottling an amazing depth and flavour developed over 23 years while importantly still retaining all of the character of Bowmore." The whisky has a deep ruby red color, along with an aroma of plums, black cherries, wood smoke and sea salt. The aroma gives way to notes of autumn fruits, winter spices and truffles on the palate, and leads to a finish accented by notes of berries, blood oranges, and red fruits.
Fewer than 12,000 bottles of this single malt have ever been produced. Pick one up today!
