About Black Tot
Founded by Sukhinder Singh, Black Tot was inspired by a Royal Navy tradition that started in the 1600s and lasted until 1970. During that period, a tot of rum was distributed daily to the sailors, instilling them with the neccessary courage to fight battles. Si ngh tracked down and sampled examples of original blends of Caribbean Rums from collectors and had them analyzed. This is how the story Black Tot was born. Singh modeled their flagship rum after the original navy dram, honoring the historic drink and creating a new, modern spirit.About Rum
Rum history allegedly started in the Carribiens in the 17th century when they started to ferment and distill molasses, a byproduct of sugar production. Most of the Rum is aged in oak or ex-wine casks, giving its color and flavor.
We distinguish between 4 different Rum categories, where white or unaged rum is mainly used in cocktails, while dark, spiced, and añejo (aged) rum are mostly enjoyed neat.

Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
About Blanton's Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Blanton’s spirits have a history befitting a good bourbon. It all started with Colonel Blanton, who was the president of the Blanton’s distillery until 1952. Then one lad named Elmer T. Lee started working as a clerk and became a Master Distiller. Right before his retirement in 1985, Elmer reflected on the start of his career when working under Albert Blanton. He remembered that Blanton entertained elite guests by cherry-picking ‘honey barrels’ from the central part of Warehouse H, where they decided to bottle bourbon one cask at a time. Mr. T. Lee committed to naming his new bourbon ‘Blanton’s Single Barrel’ in honor of Blanton’s ancient tradition. And along came Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey—a bit of a dark horse. It represents a limited collection of exquisitely selected barrels, including a custom-made label and a special gift box that pays homage to the wood charring process. It made its first guest appearance in Greece in 2022. Allegedly, only four barrels were created. This impressive expression clocks in at 46.5% ABV and features cereal grape and single barrel aromas, followed by wood char and citrusy flavors, rounding off with a spicy cinnamon finish. If you want to treat your taste buds with something super selective, here’s your chance.Grab a bottle of Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey today!
About Blanton's
In the winter of 1881, Albert Bacon Blanton was born on a farm situated just outside of Frankfort, Kentucky. At the age of 16, Blanton began working at the Old Fire Copper Distillery (often abbreviated O.F.C. Distillery) as an office boy. Over the next few yea rs, Blanton reportedly worked in every department at the distillery. By the age of 20, he was appointed the superintendent of O.F.C, and worked there until his retirement in 1952.Much like his mentor, E.H. Taylor, Blanton was a traditional bourbon aristocrat, wedded to the production of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Blanton identified a certain section of Warehouse H at his distillery, which he believed was the best for aging bourbon, and would personally select individual barrels from the section to bottle for his own private reserve.

The Dalmore Distillery 1974 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey
About The Dalmore Distillery 1974 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey
Dalmore Distillery 1974 Single Malt Scotch Whisky is part of the distillery's "Rare and Prestigious"collection. The whisky was distilled in 1974 and matured for approximately 32 years in casks that were previously used to mature bourbon. After its three-decade long beautyrest, the whisky was finished in a single, thirty-year old Matusalem sherry butt from the Gonzalez Byass for an additional four years. "Only the best selected American white oak cask is used during the maturation process," says Richard Paterson, Dalmore Distillery's Master Distiller, "but it is the unique Matusalem sherry butt from Gonzalez Byass that transforms it into something so rich and intense." The used sherry cask sourced from Spain contributes rich and opulent notes of raisins, caramelized orange, dates and figs to the whisky, and complement its notes of honeyed oak and cinnamon spice.Dalmore Distillery 1974 Single Malt Scotch Whisky has a rich, copper-reddish color, along with an aroma of roasted nuts, peach, honey and brown sugar. The notes of dried fruits, figs, raisins, cherries and raspberries complement notes of cola, cinnamon and woody spices, and add to a long, balanced finish. The whisky earned the Platinum Medal at the International Review of Spirits, and earned a score of 99 points from the Beverage Testing Institute, which said that the whisky was "amazingly rich and vibrant"and was blessed with a "a deep, feminine soul."
Only 948 bottles of this single malt were ever produced. Pick one up today!
About The Dalmore
Situated along the banks of Cromarty Firth in the Highlands region of Scotland, Dalmore Distillery was founded in 1839 by Alexander Matheson, who had earned his fortune illegally importing opium from the Far East. In 1886, Matheson sold Dalmore Distillery to Clan MacKenzie, whose century-long stewardship and defining influence over the distillery is still evident today — the 12-point stag adorned on every bottle of Dalmore Distillery Whisky is derived from Clan MacKenzie's coat of arms.Dalmore Distillery Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from plump, golden barley sourced from the rich, coastal soils of the Black Isle. Once the barley has been harvested, it is milled and mashed before being fermented with water drawn from the Cromarty Firth. Prior to reaching the firth, however, the water travels from Loch Morie through a number of peat bogs and limestone quarries, and t hus, contributes a slightly mineral and chewy mouthfeel to the whisky.
Once the barley has been fermented, the wash is distilled twice, first through Dalmore Distillery's copper-pot wash stills and then again through its copper-pot spirit stills. The wash stills have an unusually flat top, while the spirit stills are equipped with cold water jackets. This unusual equipment — the water jackets rinse cold water near the top of the still — makes it difficult for the lighter elements of the whisky to pass through the still, and ultimately results in a more opulent and rich whisky.
About Scotch
Scotch is the most popular whisky in the world and is considered the king of them all! There are five whisky regions in Scotland (six if you count the not officially recognized Islands), and each of them produces spirits with unique properties and distinct tasting notes. (The type of grain used determents the type of the scotch.)
Malt whisky is made of malted barley, and grain whisky uses other grains like corn or wheat. Most of the time, a whisky is blended from different distilleries hence the name blended scotch, but if a malt whisky is produced in a single distillery, we get something extraordinary called a single malt.

Bruichladdich 1984/32 Rare Cask Series – Bourbon: All In bruichladdich-rare-cask-series
About Bruichladdich 1984/32 Rare Cask Series - Bourbon: All In bruichladdich-rare-cask-series
Bruichladdich is an award-winning distillery employing generations of distilling knowledge and the principle of minimal intervention. Built-in 1881 on the wild Scottish island of Islay, their distillery still uses the original Victorian equipment to create a range of single malt whiskies that are trickle distilled, matured and bottled solely on Islay by a skilled team of men and women. Bruichladdich implements revolutionary, modern interpretations of time-honored ideas and challenges the comfortable conventions of a whisky establishment.Rejecting the onset of modern automation and homogenization, Bruichladdich Head Distiller, Adam Hannett only considers production methods that place the quality of liquid above everything else. Diversity starts in the field. Provenance is key. They believe the interaction of man, land, soil, and climate is paramount. They value their farmer relationships, reconnecting that lost cycle between farmer and distiller -- land and spirit.
The modern Bruichladdich Distillery is known as the most experimental and adventurous of the Scottish distilleries. They transform the craft into an artistic fusion of time-honored and contemporary with their inspired series and releases.
Bruichladdich “The Last of their kind” is a series of three very old whiskies from 1984, 1985, and 1986. Adam says, “These rare, old single malts are a direct link to our past, to the men who made truly special spirit here while facing very different circumstances to those which we enjoy today. Testament to their skill and hard work it was laid down to mature by the shores of Loch Indaal, unaware of what the future might bring.”
This 1984: "All In" expression is drawn from the last 12 casks of classic Bourbon-aged Bruichladdich, a style Adam considers to be: “the ultimate expression of our spirit. The fruit, the faint salt tang, the signature elegance is all there with layer upon layer of vanilla/butterscotch complexity.” The unpeated vintage i s aged for 32 years and is a limited release of 3,000 bottles.
