About Black Tot
Founded by Sukhinder Singh, Black Tot was inspired by a Royal Navy tradition that started in the 1600s and lasted until 1970. During that period, a tot of rum was distributed daily to the sailors, instilling them with the neccessary courage to fight battles. Si ngh tracked down and sampled examples of original blends of Caribbean Rums from collectors and had them analyzed. This is how the story Black Tot was born. Singh modeled their flagship rum after the original navy dram, honoring the historic drink and creating a new, modern spirit.About Rum
Rum history allegedly started in the Carribiens in the 17th century when they started to ferment and distill molasses, a byproduct of sugar production. Most of the Rum is aged in oak or ex-wine casks, giving its color and flavor.

Blanton’s spirits have a history befitting a good bourbon. It all started with Colonel Blanton, who was the president of the Blanton’s distillery until 1952. Then one lad named Elmer T. Lee started working as a clerk and became a Master Distiller. Right before his retirement in 1985, Elmer reflected on the start of his career when working under Albert Blanton. He remembered that Blanton entertained elite guests by cherry-picking ‘honey barrels’ from the central part of Warehouse H, where they decided to bottle bourbon one cask at a time. Mr. T. Lee committed to naming his new bourbon ‘Blanton’s Single Barrel’ in honor of Blanton’s ancient tradition. And along came Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey—a bit of a dark horse. It represents a limited collection of exquisitely selected barrels, including a custom-made label and a special gift box that pays homage to the wood charring process. It made its first guest appearance in Greece in 2022. Allegedly, only four barrels were created. This impressive expression clocks in at 46.5% ABV and features cereal grape and single barrel aromas, followed by wood char and citrusy flavors, rounding off with a spicy cinnamon finish. About Deanston 30 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Deanston Single Malt Whisky is made using Scottish-grown barley that is grown without the use of pesticides or chemicals. After the barley is mashed and fermented in an 11-ton open-topped mash tun — the only one of its kind in Scotland — it is twice distilled through Deanston's copper pot stills. The stills are equipped with a sloping lyne arm and boiler ball, which helps ensure a lighter and smoother whisky. Following distillation, Deanston 30 Year Old Single Malt is aged for three decades in the cellars of the former cotton mill. The cellars maintain a constant temperature and humidity, causing whisky expert Jim Murray to remark that "Deanston is a cathedral to whisky maturation. In fact, with its gloriously vaulted ceiling, you would swear you were in a crypt." Deanston 30 Year Old Single Malt is initially matured in a combination of used bourbon and sherry casks, giving it soft notes of honey, toffee and vanilla. After a 28-year beauty rest in the bourbon and sherry casks, the whisky in finished in ex-Olorosso sherry casks for two years, which contribute notes of dried fruits, particularly cherries and grapes, to the whisky. Deanston 30 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from the oldest casks maturing at Deanston Distillery. It has a copper gold color, with an aroma of cedar, oak and honey. The initial notes of leather and hints of honey and vanilla fade into notes of cherries, strawberries and grapes, before leading to a dry, honeyed finish. In 1785, Sir Richard Arkwright designed and helped construct a cotton mill on the banks of the River Teith. The mill, which was situated just outside Edinburgh, operated for nearly two centuries and employed as many as 1,500 works in the 19th century. In 1965, however, as demand for Scottish cotton fell, the mill was forced to close its doors. The same year, James Finlay, Brodie Hepburn and A.B. Grant (collectively known as the Deanston Distillers) purchased the Deanston Mill and began converting it into a distillery. The mill was ideally suited to produce and age whisky — it was already situated along one of the purest water sources in all of Scotland and the mill's storage cellars, originally designed to store cotton, were perfect for housing maturing casks of whisky. The refurbishment took nearly a year and cost over £300,000, but on October 17, 1966, the Deanston Distillers opened the doors to Deanston Distillery for the first time.About Scotch

Glengoyne Single Malt Whisky is produced exclusively from Golden Promise barley. Golden Promise is an early-maturing spring barley that has a depth of flavor ideal for single malts. While it was popular in the production of whisky for many years, it gave way to cheaper barely that was higher in yield but lower in quality. Today, Glengoyne, along with The Macallan, is one of only two distilleries remaining in Scotland that continues to use Golden Promise barley.Once the Golden Promise barley has been air-dried, it is milled and mashed before being fermented for 56 hours in washbacks crafted from pine. Following fermentation, the wash is distilled through Glengoyne's copper-pot wash still and then again through its two copper-pot spirit stills, working in tandem (whisky is distilled more slowly at Glengoyne than at any other distillery in Scotland). The copper stills remove any remaining sulphur in the wash, and produce the sweet, concentrated flavors that define Glengoyne Scotch Whisky.
Distilled in the 1970’s this impeccably aged whisky is 35 years in the making. This is a complex malt full of tropical intensity rich licorice and dark chocolate finish. This is an exceptionally rare spirit with only 500 bottles available in the world. Each hand-blown decanter is engraved, numbered, and collared in gold with a crystal stopper. Situated in a wooded valley in the Highlands region of Scotland, Glengoyne Distillery was founded by George Campbell and has been producing single malt whisky continuously since 1833. The distillery, which takes its name from "Glen Guin" or Glen of the Wild Geese, is situated directly atop the Highlands Line — the line that divides the Highlands and Lowlands regions of Scotland.
