About Black Tot
Founded by Sukhinder Singh, Black Tot was inspired by a Royal Navy tradition that started in the 1600s and lasted until 1970. During that period, a tot of rum was distributed daily to the sailors, instilling them with the neccessary courage to fight battles. Si ngh tracked down and sampled examples of original blends of Caribbean Rums from collectors and had them analyzed. This is how the story Black Tot was born. Singh modeled their flagship rum after the original navy dram, honoring the historic drink and creating a new, modern spirit.About Rum
Rum history allegedly started in the Carribiens in the 17th century when they started to ferment and distill molasses, a byproduct of sugar production. Most of the Rum is aged in oak or ex-wine casks, giving its color and flavor.
We distinguish between 4 different Rum categories, where white or unaged rum is mainly used in cocktails, while dark, spiced, and añejo (aged) rum are mostly enjoyed neat.

Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
About Blanton's Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Blanton’s spirits have a history befitting a good bourbon. It all started with Colonel Blanton, who was the president of the Blanton’s distillery until 1952. Then one lad named Elmer T. Lee started working as a clerk and became a Master Distiller. Right before his retirement in 1985, Elmer reflected on the start of his career when working under Albert Blanton. He remembered that Blanton entertained elite guests by cherry-picking ‘honey barrels’ from the central part of Warehouse H, where they decided to bottle bourbon one cask at a time. Mr. T. Lee committed to naming his new bourbon ‘Blanton’s Single Barrel’ in honor of Blanton’s ancient tradition. And along came Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey—a bit of a dark horse. It represents a limited collection of exquisitely selected barrels, including a custom-made label and a special gift box that pays homage to the wood charring process. It made its first guest appearance in Greece in 2022. Allegedly, only four barrels were created. This impressive expression clocks in at 46.5% ABV and features cereal grape and single barrel aromas, followed by wood char and citrusy flavors, rounding off with a spicy cinnamon finish. If you want to treat your taste buds with something super selective, here’s your chance.Grab a bottle of Blanton’s Char. 04 Special Release 2022 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey today!
About Blanton's
In the winter of 1881, Albert Bacon Blanton was born on a farm situated just outside of Frankfort, Kentucky. At the age of 16, Blanton began working at the Old Fire Copper Distillery (often abbreviated O.F.C. Distillery) as an office boy. Over the next few yea rs, Blanton reportedly worked in every department at the distillery. By the age of 20, he was appointed the superintendent of O.F.C, and worked there until his retirement in 1952.Much like his mentor, E.H. Taylor, Blanton was a traditional bourbon aristocrat, wedded to the production of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Blanton identified a certain section of Warehouse H at his distillery, which he believed was the best for aging bourbon, and would personally select individual barrels from the section to bottle for his own private reserve.

The Lost Distillery Auchnagie Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
About The Lost Distillery Auchnagie Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
Auchnagie Malt Scotch Whisky is the first release from The Lost Distillery Company. It is a recreation of a single malt whisky produced at the Auchnagie Distillery, which was situated in the village of Tulliemet and operated from 1812 through 1912. The whisky has an aroma of earthy minerals, dried citrus (particularly peaches) and malted grains. The aroma gives way to round notes of creamy vanilla and fruits, which are complemented by undertones of peat, flowers and caramel. The finish is lingering and smooth, with a touch of smoke.Once the malt whisky used to recreate the Auchnagie single malt has been married together, it is fiinaly prepared for the bottling. "While our ten key components are critical in determining the flavor profile of a whisky we recreate," says Moss, "it's just as important to recognize what wasn't in the whisky. A century ago, there was no such thing as chill filtration or caramel colouring of the final product. That's why we don't do either of these things today."

About The Lost Distillery
Over the past century, nearly one hundred malt whisky distilleries in Scotland have been permanently closed or destroyed. Most of these distilleries were lost as a result of macroglobal conditions, such as Prohibition, world wars or financial crises. As a result, many of the unique and venerable brands in the Scotch whisky industry were considered permanently lost — until now.The Lost Distillery Company is an independent boutique Scotch Whisky company that is determined to create unique, modern expressions of the legendary whiskies that were distilled nearly a century ago. "We are obsessive about our craft and uncompromising when it comes to whisky quality," says Michael Moss, the distillery's Master Archivist. Moss is a Professor of Archival Science at the University of Glasgow and focuses on ten critical components in order to accurately recreate whiskies that were distilled nearly a century ago.
The ten critical components are the date of last distillation, the region within which the distillery was located, the distillery's water source, the distillery's barley source, the distillery's yeast source, the distillery's drying process, the di stillery's mash tun, the distillery's wash back, the distillery's still and the type of wood that was used to mature the whisky. Once these components are determined, Moss and his team of archivists and whisky makers marry together single malt whiskies from distilleries across Scotland in order to create a present day interpretation of that long lost whisky legend.
About Scotch
Scotch is the most popular whisky in the world and is considered the king of them all! There are five whisky regions in Scotland (six if you count the not officially recognized Islands), and each of them produces spirits with unique properties and distinct tasting notes. (The type of grain used determents the type of the scotch.)
Malt whisky is made of malted barley, and grain whisky uses other grains like corn or wheat. Most of the time, a whisky is blended from different distilleries hence the name blended scotch, but if a malt whisky is produced in a single distillery, we get something extraordinary called a single malt.

Tobermory 21 Year Cask Strength Manzanilla Finish Scotch Whisky
About Tobermory 21 Year Cask Strength Manzanilla Finish Scotch Whisky
Tobermory uses optic barley sourced from several Scottish malt makers, meticulously selected by their own master distiller. The barley is soaked in fresh water for two to three days and then spread out on the distillery floor to germinate for one to three weeks (depending on the season). The barley is constantly monitored, turned, and tended, and as it germinates, it is infused with the distinct sea mists of Mull. The barley is then milled in a traditional Porteus mill to the Master Distiller's exact specifications. They distill their whisky using the same techniques they used over two hundred years ago, using two wash stills and two low wines stills. This 21-year-old Tobermory is a well-aged single malt that was finished in Manzanilla sherry casks. Manzanilla is a paler, drier sherry with a salty flavor, meaning that the influence of the cask is different than that of your typical rich sherry. The whisky gets additional citrus and spice notes from the Manzanilla casks. Bottled without any coloring or chill-filtration at 107.6 proof, the expression is limited to around 5,500 bottles.

About Tobermory
Situated on the Isle of Mull, the quaint village of Tobermory was founded in 1788 by fishermen who began using it as a resting place during their fishing expeditions in the Sound of Mull. The name Tobermory is derived from the ancient Gaelic word meaning "Mary's Well," and refers to a nearby well on the Isle of Mull that was dedicated to the Virgin Mary centuries ago by Irish monks who lived on the island. In 1798 — just ten years after fishermen began using the port of Tobermory as a resting place — John Sinclair founded Tobermory Brewery and Distillery.Today, Tobermory Distillery is the last remaining distillery on the Isle of Mull, and one of the oldest commercial distilleries in Scotland. It produces two distinctive styles of whisky: Tobermory Single Malt Scotch Whisky, an unpeated single malt whisky that reflects the heritage and cultu re of the Isle of Mull, and Ledaig Single Malt Scotch Whisky, a heavily peated single malt whisky that reflects the distillery's location in the Inner Hebrides archipelago.
